While New Year’s resolutions are a big focus this time of year, a Marist Poll revealed that only 44 percent of Americans, up from 39 percent last year, planned to make any in 2018. By contrast, college students are far more likely (65%) to make a New Year’s resolution than their older counterparts, according to a recent Barnes & Noble College College Insightssm survey. Only 15 percent stated that they never make resolutions.

The survey asked current college students what New Year’s resolutions they planned to make, how likely they’ll keep them and how long they planned to maintain them into the new year. Download the infographic here.
