Barnes & Noble Liberty University Bookstore recently held a book signing for presidential candidate Herman Cain. The Atlanta businessman is on a national book tour promoting his memoir, This is Herman Cain! My Journey to the White House.
“Trade manager Brian DiGia and the entire Liberty University Bookstore team did an outstanding job hosting Herman Cain for this book signing,” said Barnes & Noble regional manager Len Scoggins. “Bookstore manager Ellen Mayes worked with media relations on campus to promote the event extensively and turnout was fantastic, despite being fall break with most students away from campus that weekend.”
Arriving on the Liberty University campus in his promotional tour bus, Cain, who won a Florida GOP straw poll last month, spoke briefly with reporters outside before signing copies of his best-selling book for a crowd of more than 300 inside the bookstore. The bookstore sold over 530 copies of Cain’s new book as well as other items from the bookstore and café.
